TCRC Board Meetings
The TCRC Board of Directors meets either monthly or bi-monthly. Look for announcements for specific meeting dates. All are welcome at the meetings. If you have an agenda item for the meeting, please send it to Tom Carter.

Minutes of past TCRC Board and Annual Meetings are posted: Board Meeting Minutes

TCRC Track Meets
The plans for the 2012 track meets are not yet complete. In the past, TCRC track meets were held weekly from the first week in May through the end of August.

Annual Dinner Dance and Awards Banquet
The Triple Cities Runners Club Annual Dinner is scheduled for Friday, March 23, 2012 at the Binghamton Riverwalk Hotel. Cash bar at 6 PM and buffet dinner starting at 7 PM. The cost is only $15 per person ($10 per child). The evening includes dinner, music, dancing, team trivia, and annual awards (Grand Prix, President's, and Member of the Year). Contact Grace Tabeek, 4116 Marietta Dr., Vestal, NY 13850 (607-722-8744) for reservations or additional information.

Annual Meeting

The annual meeting is open to members and non-members alike. There will be an opportunity to discuss matters of interest or concern to the running community. TCRC members who are present will vote on open or expiring positions on the Board of Directors. By the club's by-laws, the officers are elected by the board of directors and newly created board positions (if any) are also voted on by the existing board. Any member is eligible to hold office. If interested in serving as officer or board member, please contact the President or other officer or board member.

Adopt a Highway Trash Pickup
The TCRC has adopted a highway. Our piece of highway is in Vestal on NY State Route 26 from Hazel Drive south for about two miles. This part of the highway is on the Vestal 20 course.

Volunteers can meet for breakfast (paid for by the TCRC) at around 7:00 AM at the Vestal Diner, 168 Vestal Parkway E. (just west of Clayton Ave).

Or, if you prefer to skip the free breakfast, report at 8:00 AM to the Vestal High School parking lot to receive training, a safety vest, hard hat, and trash bags. Be sure to wear old clothes, boots or hiking shoes, and bring your own heavy gloves. We will car pool from Vestal High to the start of our section of the highway. Pickup takes about 1.5-2 hours. The more who come out to help, the less time it takes.

Contact: Paul Natelli, 745-5251.
