The annual meeting is open to members and non-members alike. There will be an opportunity to discuss matters of interest or concern to the running community. Open or expiring positions on the Board of Directors will be filled by vote of TCRC members who are present. Officers of the TCRC are elected annually by the board of directors. Any member is eligible to run for and hold office or serve on the board. If you are interested in serving as officer or board member, please contact the President or other officer or board member.
Volunteers can meet for breakfast (paid for by the TCRC) at around 7:00 AM at the Vestal Diner, 168 Vestal Parkway E. (just west of Clayton Ave).
Or, if you prefer to skip the free breakfast, report at 8:00 AM to the Vestal High School parking lot to receive training, a safety vest, hard hat, and trash bags. Be sure to wear old clothes, boots or hiking shoes, and bring your own heavy gloves. We will car pool from Vestal High to the start of our section of the highway. Pickup takes about 1.5-2 hours. The more who come out to help, the less time it takes.
