NewsSunday Morning Training Runs - Starting in June, the TCRC is sponsoring a number of Sunday training runs, open to anyone interested in joining in. These runs will have specific pace groups with a pace group leader for certain distances; water and sports drink available before and after the run; water stops on the course; and mapped out training routes of various distances each week. We will also have post-run snacks and refreshments on some runs. The focus will be fall marathon training, but all are welcome, regardless of whether you are training for a marathon or not, and there will be shorter routes available as well. These runs will be free and open to all. More details on TCRC Facebook Page During May, the Binghamton Area Runners will continue to have group runs of varying distances. On Sunday, May 20 meet at the east end of the Vestal Rail Trail for an 8 AM. start. Come join in and get aquainted. 2012 Track Meets - There will be no meets in May this year. Pending approval of the venue, we will have meets on most Wednesdays, June through August. The Grand Prix will still include events from the TCRC meets.
