President
The President shall be the chief executive officer of the Corporation; he shall have the general management of the affairs of the Corporation and shall see that all orders and resolutions of the Board are carried into effect. The duly-elected President shall also serve as the Chairman of the Board of the Corporation throughout the length of his term in office.
