Board Members

It shall be the duty of a Director to attend all regularly scheduled meetings of the Board of Directors, to consider all issues presented at said meetings by the membership, Officers and other Directors, and to resolve said issues by vote as specified in the By-Laws. Failure to attend more than two (2) meetings during the course of a year as measured from the date of the Annual Meeting shall constitute a proper cause for removal of a Director by vote of the Board.
