The TCRC Annual Meeting and Elections is open to all club members.

There will be an agenda presented with board members and officers overseeing the meeting as well as light refreshments.

The meeting will be held at The River Bistro Private Dining Room in the Double Tree at 7PM on 3/19/24.

At this meeting, we will be electing all officer positions as well as filling any seats that are currently up for election. All current 2024 TCRC members present at the meeting will be able to run for a seat as well as vote in the board seat elections! The 2024-25 board members will vote in the officer elections. All current TCRC members, regardless of whether they are on the board, are allowed to run for an officer position.

Board Seats up for Election:

3 seats with 3-year terms,

Officers: 1-year terms; President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer
