The TCRC Annual Meeting and Elections is open to all club members. There will be an agenda presented with Board members and Officers overseeing the meeting.
The meeting will be held at Dan's House (1727 Farm to Market Road) at 7PM on 3/15/22.
Zoom can be available upon request.
At this meeting, we will be electing all officer positions as well as filling any seats that are currently up for election. All current 2022 TCRC members will be able to vote in the board seat elections with board members voting in the officer elections.
Board Seats up for Election:
5 seats with 3-year terms, -Susan Cain, David Fellows, and Mike Thompson have expressed interest in rerunning.
-Jennifer Woltjen and Kelly Hoyt will not be rerunning for their seats.
Officers – 1-year terms; President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer
Current officers President Ray Fryc, VP Kat Hores, and Secretary Grace Tabeek have indicated an interest in running for their current office.
Ken Burt will be leaving the Treasurer position and currently, board member Chris Mcmanus has expressed interest in running.
